Job Description

Teaching all aspects of the English language to Chinese students in Chinese educational institutions.

    

The age of students varies from job to job, we have positions teaching children of all ages and adults. Some specialized positions offer the chance to teach Chinese teachers of the English language.   


Working between 15 to 30 actual teaching hours per week, as well as planning lessons, marking course/home work and measuring student progress.

   

Teaching classes of various sizes, small groups and one to one sessions, as well as participating in English corners. 

  

Attending meetings, training sessions and promotional demos as required.   


All contracts are for one year  with the option to extend

Benefits

Salary upwards of £800 pcm, pay could be as high as £2500 pcm depending on qualifications and experience.

Free China TEFL course if required.   


Free Z working visa as well as assistance with visa application*   


Free return flight to UK for one year contract.**   


Arrival support in China including airport pickup, free internal travel, and hotel accommodation where necessary to get you to your workplace   


Additional workplace support including orientation, setting up a Chinese bank account, arranging a mobile phone, organising Chinese lessons etc. Some employers may provide Chinese lessons free of charge.   


Please note that exact benefits vary to some degree according to the employer. A comprehensive and accurate list of benefits will be provided to you prior to you signing your contract.   


*A deposit of 500 GBP is required to cover the administration costs associated with the visa application. The deposit will be reimbursed after the employee has completed between 3 to 6 months of their contract.   


**The cost of the return flight will be reimbursed after the employee has completed between 3 to 6 months of their contract, within the agreed budget.
